Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a client agreement:

• Website Content: All content, design layouts, branding, graphics, code, and materials available on bekanetworks.org are the property of BEKA Networks and protected by international intellectual property laws.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of agreed project fees, clients receive ownership or licensure of custom deliverables as specified in their individual project contracts. BEKA Networks retains rights to display completed non-confidential work in its professional portfolio.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When interacting with our site or submitting inquiries via our contact forms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact details.
• Not use our site or contact forms to transmit spam, malicious code, or unsolicited commercial requests.

4. Client Proposals & Project Estimates

Quotations, estimates, and project scope discussions provided through our site or email communications are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance unless extended in writing. Project commencement requires mutual written agreement and payment of initial deposit terms.
